About Beatty

 Located in the Pacific Northwest, Beatty's product line has expanded based on the needs of our customers to fulfill a niche market in orthopedics. In 1987, Jeff and Hazel Beatty founded Beatty Marketing & Sales to serve their customers in any, and every possible way. The "if you need it we will find it" motto quickly turned into "if you need it we will make it", and our products evolved from there. We started with positioning foam products, evolved into manufacturing sterile kits, and eventually to suture retrievers.

Because all of our products are manufactured in Washington State, we are able to work very closely with our suppliers to ensure each Beatty product exceeds our customers’ high expectations. Our staff prides themselves on their prompt and friendly responses to customer requests. From same-day shipping on all orders, to manufacturing a new alternative product, we take the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction. This does not go unnoticed by our customers or management. We make a point to reward all of our employees for exemplary customer service and achieving sales goals.

Manufacturing our own products allows us to keep our prices affordable. We do not manufacture a new product unless we are confident we can offer a 20% minimum savings over our competitors. We utilize local manufacturers whenever possible, and foster those relationships to ensure top quality and fair pricing.

Our stringent quality control measures ensure that our customers receive well made products without the brand name price tag. And lastly, the majority of our customers buy direct from our diligent inside sales team, reducing unnecessary sales costs.
